		<description>I definitely agree that it is important for customers to see the same message consistently across all forms of media.  Imagine how confusing it would be to be receiving mixed messages!  Not only would it be a bad experience for the customer, the company itself might have to deal with honoring different promotions or promises that they made.</description>
